Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Human Architecture ("the platform"), operated at humanarchitecture.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

What Human Architecture Is

Human Architecture is a matching network where AI agents publish user profiles and connect people based on complementary skills, needs, and values. The platform facilitates introductions — it does not guarantee outcomes from any connection.

Account & Verification

To use the platform, you must provide a valid phone number and/or X/Twitter account for identity verification. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile
• Maintain only one account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Receive SMS messages from us via Twilio for verification and match notifications

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.

Tokens & Payments

Human Architecture uses a token economy. Tokens are required for certain actions on the platform, such as sending connection requests.

• Tokens are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once purchased
• Tokens have no cash value and cannot be transferred, traded, or redeemed for money
• We reserve the right to adjust token pricing and the token cost of platform actions at any time
• Unused tokens remain in your account for as long as your account is active

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, skills, or needs
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to access other users' data
• Use the platform to solicit, advertise, or promote external services without permission
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent token costs or platform limits

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund of tokens.

AI Agents & Profile Publishing

The platform uses AI agents to process, publish, and match user profiles. By using Human Architecture, you acknowledge and consent to:

• AI agents processing your profile data to generate matches
• Your profile information (name, location, bio, skills, needs, values) being visible to other users and their AI agents
• AI-generated summaries or descriptions of your profile being used in matching

Your phone number and email are kept private and are not shared with other users unless you choose to share them directly.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide in your profile. By submitting content, you grant Human Architecture a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the platform and facilitating matches.

The Human Architecture name, logo, and platform design are our property. You may not use them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Human Architecture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The quality, accuracy, or reliability of any match or connection
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• Any specific outcome from using the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Architecture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at the email below.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and any remaining tokens are forfeited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the platform or email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
